We have a more than five year relationship with Capistrano Volkswagen. Brad Johnson is our Service technician and we have found the sales staff and the technicians to be helpful in every way. Capo VW clearly goes the distance and out of its way with the highest quality service and fair prices.
This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Nick was a pleasure to work with, made everything so easy. From texting, emailing, and his quick responses overall. Chuck was so personable and made us feel right at home. You rarely get to work with dealerships who make everything so streamline and who don’t make things complicated. If I am ever in the market in the future for another car/VW I will definitely be returning. We are so happy with our Golf!

Brought in my new 2026 Jetta that I purchased for my son less than 2 months ago for an engine overheat error message. Had to tow the car to the dealer, at the servicing tech's recommendation. Capo VW had my car for a total of 10 days to replace the sensor. I didn't get a loaner car until the 6th day you had my car. Very poor customer experience, especially considering the car was brand new and recently purchased. Quite disappointing on how this issue was handled by your dealership.
Excellent inspection communication...could have been a bit better in keeping me informed about when my vehicle would be ready to pick up.
Cory and Brad in the Service Department are awesome - had an unfortunate experience at first and they turned it around completely, which is so appreciated. 5 stars because of them.

This dealership is a vibe. Everyone we encountered was cool, calm, and kind. No salesy pushes to make a deal before we were ready or music bumping so loud you can’t think straight (what we experienced at ALL 5 dealerships we visited prior the same day). We ended up buying a car when we thought we weren’t going to because we loved the car more than we anticipated and because the whole experience at Capistrano Vw was so delightful. To start and state the positive, I think it is great that they offer Uber drop off and pick up service to their customer. I have taken my car for service to this dealership twice for my current car and both times I have been very unhappy with the level of "service" or the lack of. It was relaxed, easy to get help, and very informative. Both Buddy and Joey were very personable. Joey helped us with our paperwork and made it light and enjoyable. Buddy showed us the vehicles and took us on a test drive. He was extremely helpful and funny.

Went in for an oil change/ washer fluid check. Was quoted an hour and half and ended up leaving my car for a day and a half. Called at the end of the day and Greg said he didn't even get anyone to look at my car after I called him not him calling me to let me know the plan changed and my car needed to stay overnight. My wife and I drove up here first thing on a Sunday to test drive an ID4. We called ahead and Michael pulled the car out and made sure it was ready for us when we got there. We also were also able to drive another one with a higher trim package. After talking it over we decided on the higher trim level vehicle. We had an appointment to look at a used vehicle, our salesman Michael met with us right away and got us into the vehicle for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which was appreciated since I had never driven an electric vehicle before. The price was no haggle and upfront. Excellent financing was made available to us as well. We are ecstatic with our purchase!

We received excellent customer service when recently buying our VW ID.4. There was a minor mistake on the sales agreement that I didn’t notice until after we drove it home. I called the next day and the finance manager immiately corrected it and refunded the $600. I feel they are honest and have integrity.
The staff in the auto services is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.. Brad has always been an extremely competent and patient person in our many dealings. Work needed is explained clearly and completed in a timely manner.

Will never have my car serviced here again! Had a 7:30 am appointment and dropped and checked my vehicle in the night before. Services…oil change and tire rotation. Requested to pick up vehicle at 9:00 am. which the was noted at check in. Received call at 8:55 am saying they haven’t started the service yet…no attendants available. Once service started, received video stating I need front end alignment…this service was performed at my last service oil change!

It was a great experience getting my new Taos from Capo VW. Steve made sure I got all my questions answered so I felt secure in my choice. I was able to complete the whole process from home and I’m grateful for the exceptional service.
Brought my 2020 Tiguan in for oil service & overall inspection. There was some additional maintenance that was needed that I was advised on a completed the most important one. I was well informed by Greg throughout the process. The only issue I had was the turnaround time. It took 2 1/2 days to get it back. I was given a loaner but was not anticipating length of time it would take to get the car back. Greg was very accommodating & helpful.
From the sales and finance teams to the service team, we have been impressed with their level of care and service they provide.
Capristrano VW has taken care of our 2017 Beetle since it had 46 miles on it transported here with 46 miles on it in March of 2017 from Greensboro, N.C. Every service has been with them with the exception of tire purchases.

Another great service experience there. Brad always takes great care of me and my car.
