Really enjoyed the whole experience. Buddy is a very helpful, positive and cheerful salesman. I was shocked how fast we got in and out, and I actually got a great deal. He pointed me in the right direction for car insurance, had his manager expedite the paperwork & organized a colleague to again pick me up from the train to collect my car! We purchased a new 2024 VW Taos in June from Capistrano Volkswagen and were impressed with the experience from start to finish. While doing initial internet research several months earlier, we received a polite response from Edward G. of their sales team, offering information as needed. He respected our timing on the purchase, providing details as requested but never exerting any sort of pressure to rush us. We made an appointment with Edward to explore our options and found him to be highly professional and well informed on the various vehicles on our short list. Impressively, he even arranged an introduction to the adjacent Mazda sales operation so we could explore one of their vehicles. Once we decided on the Taos, Edward ensured that we had clear information on the price, available financing and coordinated the final signing very efficiently. The gentleman in the finance office was respectful of our time, efficient and professional. Before driving off in our new car, Edward gave us an orientation on the tech features of the Taos. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience buying the car from Capistrano VW.

I had a super easy experience leasing my new vehicle here. Edward was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, and he didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. The finance department was quick and easy and again a low pressure experience. No upsells. Would definitely purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealer.

Nick, Chuck, and Tony in finance made the transaction seamless. It was the easiest time I had buying my GTI; there was no pressure, no dealer add-on that wasn't asked for, and just a great experience.

I have been a Capistrano VW customer since the 90's when Drew Pearson ran the service dept. He was an amazing ambassador for the brand and created a positive customer experience. Fred Evans is cut from the same cloth and goes out of his way to listen to a customer, summarizes in a manner that translates to the techs, gives honest and straightforward information, then follows up with you to make the job has been done to your satisfaction. Simply put, he cares and it shows. He sets the standard in my opinion and is a valuable asset to the brand.

Ive spent months looking for the right VW Tiguan Rline. Stopped into VW Capistrano yesterday after visiting multiple other VW dealerships this week. They were by far the best experience. I’ve gotten so used to dealing with the “car salesmen” at other dealerships that I forgot the car buying process didn’t have to be an absolute headache. I didn’t end up buying the car as it didn’t quite have the options I was looking for, but the experience stood out so much over the competing dealerships in the area that it was worth a review. If you show up and are looking for a car, ask for Julio, he’ll take care of you.

I had a positive experience primarily because my service rep, Zander, was extremely clear and communicative. He was accurate with his estimates on both cost and timing and thoughtful about my circumstances. 100% great customer care.

The customer service, particularly from Nick, Buddy, and Rene, was as always exceptional. They made every effort to ensure my complete satisfaction. Rene meticulously washed my new car, the fifth I've purchased from them in the past 15 years, leaving it absolutely immaculate.

This was the easiest and nicest experience I have ever had buying a car. The staff was amazing and everyone I spoke to really seemed to care that I had a good experience. I was never bothered with unwanted phone calls after I first inquired, I live about 80 miles away and they made the buying process as easy as could be. They even delivered the vehicle to my home. I never leave reviews but this experience was too good not tell others about.
