In addition to producing stylish, innovative, and fun-to-drive cars, Volkswagen aims to make a positive difference in the community with its various charitable endeavors and initiatives. Recently, during the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Volkswagen debuted a TV spot that it produced for America SCORES, a youth soccer nonprofit organization.
Volkswagen and America SCORES “Our Time, Their Worlds” Commercial
The commercial, titled “Our Time, Their Worlds” and created by Volkswagen’s media agency, PHD, leveraged the spirit and message of VW’s own “Drive Bigger” campaign, which aired alongside the SCORES spot. In addition to producing the American SCORES commercial, Volkswagen donated advertising time during the FIFA Women’s World Cup. The commercial helps bring awareness of American SCORES and its mission of “inspiring youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world.”

Volkswagen Partnership with U.S. Soccer
The America SCORES spot coincides with the four-year sponsorship deal that Volkswagen has with U.S. Soccer, which was announced earlier this year. As part of the sponsorship deal, Volkswagen will aid U.S. Soccer in expanding its visibility in the United States and promoting fan engagement. Another aspect of the partnership is a brand ambassador role for U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team star Alex Morgan, who appears in the Volkswagen video spot titled “Inspire.”
