2017 VW Passat R-Line New Features
The 2017 Passat R-Line model takes a step up with several new features, including the Composition Media touchscreen radio that has USB connectivity, voice control, SiriusXM Satellite Radio trial and VW Car-Net App-Connect technology. The R-Line also comes with Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert, power driver seat, V-Tex leatherette seating surfaces and heatable front seats. Also, an available Lighting Package adds LED headlamps with LED DRLs and LED tailights.
2017 VW Passat SE and SE with Technology New Features
In addition to changes for the R-Line model, the 2017 Passat SE adds a number of new features, including KESSY keyless access with push-button start and an available Lighting Package that adds foglights to the R-Line’s setup. The SE with Technology model, available with both the 1.8T engine and the VR6, adds remote start, Park Distance Control, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and LED headlamps and taillights.
